Jill Dunn

Jill has over 30 years of experience providing tax, accounting and consulting services to clients in a variety of industries including real estate and other small and middle-market companies. Her client base includes business professionals, high net worth individuals, developers, investors, as well as other interesting and diverse clients.

Jill has an extensive background in partnership and individual taxation. Her earlier specialization in real estate finance with historic, affordable and new markets tax credits provided her with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of complex partnership structures and taxation

In addition, Jill was previously a principal at both the Lichter Group and Reznick Group (presently Cohn Reznick). Before moving to a tax and accounting focused practice at the Lichter Group, she was a principal at Reznick Group were she specialized on transaction advisory and consulting services to real estate developers, lenders, investors, and syndicators nationwide. She assisted her clients in transaction structuring, financial projections, and transaction negotiations and had closed hundreds of tax credit transactions throughout the country.
